Atomic Habits by James Clear
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
(HIGHLY RECOMMEND)
I read it at a time when I was looking to make some drastic changes in myself and I think the book has been very valuable to me. That said the book is only as useful as your will to implement it. The book can give you some actionable but acting on them is up to you.
The last point is don't think of this book like a one-time thing that you will read once, and a fairy will appear, make you a productive person with a flourish of their wand and it's over. Think of it more like a handbook that you can go back to time after time and build a productive and healthy lifestyle.
Read this book:
- 1.
If you want to break bad habits and form better ones.
- 2.
If you want to change the way you live your life.
_"It is remarkable what you can build if you just don't stop." -James Clear
The Almanack of Naval Ravikant by Eric Jorgeson
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The book is divided into two sections: Wealth and Happiness. A reader of philosophy and spirituality may not find anything new in the chapters on peace and happiness, but one thing Naval focuses on is the basics and really tries to understand everything at a very fundamental level. He covers the entire recipe of our existence: happiness, wealth, philosophy & saving our own selves. He reasons for every action (for how things revolve in our world) and suggests.

- 1.
If you're into creating long-term happiness.
- 2.

_“The answer to the meaning of life is “because.” You get to make up the answer and create your own meaning.” -Naval Ravikant

Past events do not define our present or future. People are not driven by past causes but move toward goals that they themselves set. This book introduces many concepts on how we can take on life in an approachable way. Every chapter ends with an aha moment.

The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This book is an excellent guide to shutting off the noise in your brain. We let our brains run us mad most of the time, and never really stop to enjoy the space we are in. Always dwelling over the past, or fretting about the future.
The future is unpredictable. Worrying about the past will never change the past. Instead, be in the now; be present - enjoy what you have right in front of you. Experience it, because in one second it is gone, and you will never have the chance to enjoy it again.
Read this book:
- 1.
If want to start "living in the moment."
- 2.
If you want to learn how to stop overthinking.
- 3.
If you always feel anxious.
_“The present moment holds the key to liberation. But you cannot find the present moment as long as you are your mind.” -Eckhart Tolle

Very beautiful and intriguing book! It makes you really analyze your living patterns and outlook on life. I recommend tackling this book as an essay per day read. - 2.
If you want to gain new perspectives.
- 3.
